STEP ONE
Initial discovery discussion
This usually takes some 20-30 minutes for us both to gain an understanding of your aims and wishes and to discuss the process. It is a chance for me to get some background information about your needs and circumstances and for you to ask any preliminary questions. This is a remote session by phone, Teams or zoom.
STEP TWO
Deciding what approach is best for you
I offer individual sessions of 90 minutes at a set price. You can book a block of 4 or 6 sessions at a discount. Payments are made by bank transfer and in advance of each session. The sessions however can be tailored to suit your needs but it is usually best to allow at least 45 minutes for a session. They can be face to face or remote, whatever suits you and your circumstances best.
STEP THREE
The duration of our coaching relationship
The duration of our working relationship is a matter for you. As a norm clients usually require 4-6 sessions to experience the benefit of coaching and achieve meaningful change. Thereafter many clients seek additional individual sessions as and when a situation arises for which they may need support. The frequency of the sessions is something we can discuss. Allowing for some time between sessions can be helpful to ensure that you experience the changes and gain the benefit of new behaviours.
